$99 per truck and $20 per user, each month. 5 or more trucks get the 5-truck bundle automatically. No contract, and no cap on trucks or users. Large fleets can ask us about volume and enterprise pricing.

Who is Bulls TMS for?

Carriers and fleets of every size, from a single truck to large enterprise fleets. If you have outgrown spreadsheets, whiteboards and group chats, Bulls TMS puts dispatch, documents and billing in one place, and it scales with you without limits on trucks or users.

What does BULLS AI actually do?

Today it reads rate confirmations and tenders into draft loads with a confidence score on every field, reads vendor bills, gives AI freight quotes and flags idle trucks. AI dispatch suggestions, BOL and POD reading, and the BULLS AI assistant are coming soon. A person always reviews anything the AI is unsure about.

Is there pricing for large fleets?

Yes. Pricing is per truck and per user, with a 5-truck bundle. Large and enterprise fleets can contact us for volume and enterprise pricing.

Does it work for Canada as well as the US?

Yes. We are US first, with support for Canadian addresses, provinces and cross-border loads. The product is built and run on a real 10+ truck fleet that hauls in both countries.

Do my drivers need to install an app?

No. Drivers use a mobile web page to update status and upload PODs. A native app may come later.

Can I connect my ELD?

ELD sync with Samsara, Motive and Geotab is coming soon. Until then you can update locations with check calls.

Can I buy only the modules I need?

Yes. Dispatch and Billing come first, priced by truck and user. Each further department will be a module you switch on when you need it. Module pricing is coming soon.

What about bookkeeping, factoring and driver pay?

Bulls TMS issues the invoice and tracks factoring. Full bookkeeping, settlements and IFTA filing sit in optional add-on modules, including a sync to a partner bookkeeping product.

Can I move my existing data across?

Yes. We can help you import trucks, drivers, customers and open loads from a spreadsheet or your current system's export.

Is my data kept separate from other fleets?

Yes. Bulls TMS is built so each company's data is kept separate, permissions are checked on the server, and documents are stored privately.
